    Hey there,
Could anyone help me to find the reported judgement on the Patrick O'Dwyer case, the first case where an accused was found guilty of manslaughter by reason of diminished responsibility. I've looked everywhere but, I cant seem to find it
    Thanks ;)

If its a High Court case, you can search for it on the courts website

Written judgments are not always given in Central Criminal Court trials such as this. Now I have had a cursory look over the various databases and I don't see the case reported as the OP indicates it has been.

I'd suggest it might be something searchable on the Irish Times site etc.

Thanks for the replies, ya i dont think the case has actually been reported because i've searched everywhere for it including courts.ie
I just assumed the judgement would have been reported seen as it was such an important case at the time.
