Anyone see this?? I was thinking of entering as I'm in the middle of a startup at the moment. Just put it out for people's discussion. Probably should not be posting it in this forum as it decreases my chances... but sure eh its fair competition and let the best man/woman win.;)

Read this in the T&C's, Its kind of openly worded don't you think??

"Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to use the relevant winner's name, and business idea for purposes of advertising, promotion or publicity in any media without additional compensation and prize winners agree to take part in such related promotional activities as Fit Business and/or the promoter(s) may require"
