I had one out and it was the easiest tooth extraction I've ever had. However, I don't think I could cope with 4 out in 1 sitting, that would be a bad day!

I bet it was one of your top teeth.

I've had all mine out but did it in 2 goes of 2 with a week in between. I at least had one side of my mouth to chew/use. Doing it that way was grim enough , can't imagine having all 4 out together.
On the training thing I'm sure it wouldn't upset your plan majorly. A week off tops I'd imagine.

I had 4 out under general anaesthetic about 10 years ago. It was pretty painful to eat and I had very little energy. Also my face swelled up like a balloon : 0 I was out of normal circulation for about 5 days.

Similar to Lila, I had all four out in one go under general anaesthetic also about 10 years ago. Wasn't running at the time, but if memory serves me correctlyl, I would have been back running after a week if I had been running at the time (if that makes any sense!).

Same as above - had all 4 out, 2 years ago. Bit bloody for the next few days in the mouth, but was back running after a week.

Same as every1 above had 3 out in June and needed a week. The anasthetic makes u feel crap and u cant eat so no energy. u wont want to run. May I recommend lots of Ambrosia creamed Rice on hand for after u get it done. Best of luck, its not nice but it wont kill u :D
