Try contacting Jim Hopkins or Joe Farrell in AIT Polymer departmnt perhaps one of their students could take on your prototyping as a thesis, or they could put you in touch with the right company.

Have you modelled the prototype in cad? You can do so much in cad before even considering a manufacture. Plenty of trial versions out there that are easy to use and have fea and motion analysis add-ins. As for prototypes do you want a visual or working model? If visual maybe STL or 3D Printing (I have no experience of the printing) might be an option. If a working model plenty of toolmakers looking for work at the moment. If you need any advice feel free to PM me and I will help if I can.

    Mr.P
