i train with mr Jimmy poland 7th degree . it is a very sucesssfull club and has many blackbelts . he is only across the back roads and into ballyfermott , he has had many student who have seen international team places

i also know julian from competeing with and against him . both for Ireland and in domestic competitions . he is a good guy and in it for the love . we both fought for ireland for many years together .

both are excelent instructors . my opinion is chosse your instructor and not whats closest to your location . i lived in coolock back in the 90's and comuted to jimmy as my old instructor passed me on to him as i would get better training and advancement .

Theres also a Kenpo club behind the Host Chinese takeaway. Its been there years and used to train there back in the day. I think they train on Monday and Thurs. nights at about 7pm.
    They're affiliated to High street.

as i said pick your instructor not whats closest . high street is a brilliant school . barney and the lads are great . but just because a school is associated doesnt mean its a good school . iv never heard of this school even though i live in the area . but doesnt mean that its a bad school .
