Does anyone have the safety and hygiene factors you would consider when cooking yeast bread. Just making the last few finishing touches and don't have any thing to write for this.. thanks :D

    1. Use oven gloves when taking it out of the oven to prevent burning..
    2. Make sure yeast is in date.
    3. Use a clean surface when kneading to prevent bacteria from entering the mixture?

    Hope they help..
