Working in Supermac's

    Just trying to get some opinions about working in Supermac's in general, i have been looking at their management development programme and it looks good.

    I'm just wondering if anybody has had any experience or if they could relate any to me, regarding pay, working conditions, promotion etc etc.:)

    I am from the Hospitality Industry......i would appreciate any feedback.

    MY oh used to work for supermacs a while ago. Wouldnt reccomend it. Terrible! They didnt pay on time, theyd leave days out of her paycheck, not get the hours that she was promised etc. Steer clear!

    I think it depends on the manager of the Supermacs. Many of the Supermacs' are franchises.
