Antibiotics and Sport

Hi, I am on a high dosage of Klacid and Amoxicillin for Hehelicobacter pylori. I asked the consultant was it alright for me to play sport. the sports I play involve a lot of sprinting - it's not just golf. He said no problem. I think he was wrong as I feel wacko. Any advice?
