The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.

Picked it up in that bookstore on Upper Abbey Streey to read in the train. Got into it easily. Style was fairly simple and straight forward. Liked the use of political subtext which one rarely finds in crime fiction. Really enjoyed it even.

Breakfast of Champions - Kurt Vonnegut

Still funny though not as good as his other novels. The more humerous parts were some of those little viginettes involving Kilgore Trouts novels.
