Orbital playing in Tripod on Fri Nov 13th - tickets went on sale this morning (very low key)

Any interest? Surely an intimate friday night set in Tripod will remove the dissapointment of reports from their set at Electric Picnic.

Tickets are a bit too much at 42.50 I think.

Got my tickets...so so excited about thsi!! Saw Phil Hartnoll back in the Spring in the Acadamy and it was amazing!! Can't wait to see the two of them play!

They just announced a 2nd night, Sat 14th Nov in Tripod too.

50 euro - are they having a laugh? Maybe if they were playing the o2 and had a great support but 50 euro to see them play in a nightclub...no thanks. Are they even playing live??

They played in Glasgow recently for £25!

Expensive enough indeed. Ive been a massive fan over the years and seen them on numerous occasions but after seeing them at the Picnic, I think they are sounding really dated, electrionic music has moved on so much in the last 10 years and I think theyve been left behind a bit.

**** its orbital at tripod, not the poxy o2 not in a field. i might just be a big fan, but i always want to see big acts in small venues. what are you moaning about dated? your probably the one sour git who didnt enjoy that gig at EP. and 50 blips or not that gig will sell out 10 tens over. one of a few dance acts who really ever held there appeal. **** the milky bars are on me.
