    since the lads have their 5 a side soccer, i was wondering if there are any girls out there interested in starting up something similar?

    we dont need to be ronaldo's, just a bit of fun and exercise!!:)

    Are you looking for people from Carlow, or anyone? Maybe post up a notice in Carlow IT's gym hall. IIRC, there's a notice board just inside the entrance.

    im looking for females (or males with a feminine energy) available to play soccer one night during the week for an hour...you dont have to be from carlow.

    Well I'll just say that when we were getting organised for the 5-a-side the first 3 to 4 weeks we had very few down. Like it was 5 first week then 7,6 and eventually 10, so if ya keep going down the numbers usually pick up.

    Though more men play soccer than women so we have a wider pool but i'd imagine that kinda trend would hold true.
