    I pass by this place on way to work everyday. Saw them putting up signs outside last night that 20% of EVERYTHING from Tuesday to Saturday. Was a bit suspicious as to what is meant by "everything" but the guy putting the poster up assured me, it was in fact, everything.

    Anyway, going to drop in to buy me a Liverpool Jersey later...

    The Liverpool jersey is only €24.99 on their website. You can order online and pickup for free or €9 postage.

    yes, I do mean Michael Guiney's. I think it's for all their stores- though I'm not 100%. The ad definitely said something about Waterford...

    what's wrong with guiney's?

    Bought a Liverpool jersey for 24.99 minus 20%- can't complain about that.

    Also bought a pair of flip-flops - 2.99 - 20%

    and a couple of fruit of the loom, plain white t-shirts- 1.50 - 20%

    Unfortunately, I also saw a pair of trousers for work for 24.99 that I bought 2 weeks ago in Boyers (across the road from Guineys:() for 59.99!! Same brand name and everything, looked exactly the same..GRRRR

    Thanks OP ... gonna head in later and get new duvets for the household .. they're doing good deals on 15togs and with 20% off on top of that it's a no brainer ...

    .... although how will I be able to sleep comfortably knowing my duvet isn't a brand name like Dorma , Snuggledown at twice the price ... or God forbid - something like a Nimbus Goosedown for over €200 !!!!:eek::rolleyes:
