Speaker gone on iphone

    Hi all,

    The speaker on my iphone has gone, Kinda of a crackly sound comming from it - Can barely hear the person on the other end of the line.

    I will have to bring it back to the carphone warehouse.

    Its jailbroken, Must I/Should I reset it first ?

    How long do they take to fix ?

    Will they give me a loaner iphone or any phone ?
