    Someone starts a thread asking if google is down. Mod FRADA checks...nope it's fine...and then locks the thread.

    Google is down for me, and so is youtube. What was achieved by locking the thread thus creating a conversation that only mods can reply to?

    noticed a lot of that locking happening recently as well. There's a thread in feedback about it, you'd probably have better luck posting there.
