    Hi,

I am wanting to remove the office 2007 trial that came with my new dell laptop as i really hate the new setup.
I have office 2003 pro and want to put this on the computer, i have read that there are a no. of possible problems with this.
I am looking for some advise, my plan was to uninstall the trial 2007 using the add or remove option and then install 2003.

    1. Will the add or remove option fully uninstall 2007?
    2. Is an old version of office 2003 pro compatible with the vista operating system?

Any help on this would be really apppreciated,

    Cheers,

    Dec.

    1. I always use the free programme Revo uninstaller to remove stuff - to be sure to be sure :)
    2. Yes

I have Office Pro 2007 - I LOVE it, although I will concede that it takes a while to get used to where everything is on the ribbons. It's worth the learning curve though.

You should install Classic Menu for Office 2007 v4.5 instead
This might solve your problem to your liking.
