Ben Roethlisberger, quarterback of the defending NFL Super Bowl Champions, will guest host Monday Night Raw tonight.

Roethlisberger, is bringing protection in the form of his Steelers' offensive line teammates along for some altercations. I hope we see Jericho come out and start sounding out some more memorable one liners at Roethlisberger and the locals. :D

I wonder will tonight be the start of Teds turn from heel to face, I think the DX, Legacy prob at an end or def comin to an end.

i honestly don't know what to make of this.

they've delivered in 'I Quit'. they've delivered in the Cell (to an extent, even though the cell was redundant).

    but Iron Man?

it's one thing Cena going an hour with Michaels in London; but going with Orton for an hour?

my head says it'll bore me to death, but my heart says they'll deliver again.

Cena leave Raw? i can't see it.

Part of me thinks the 60 minutes might be so they can have another short Taker match

I wonder will Cena tap out to one of Ortons chinlocks :D

Christ, matches between Orton and Cena should be kept short and sweet. I predict that about 45 minutes of it will be an absolute snorefest. The last 10 mins will probably be exciting.

My mate asked me was I going to watch Raw. I said no, that in its current state I wouldn't even bother to Sky+ it and fast forward through it. Then he told me Big Ben was the guest host so I had to Sky+ it. Its a sad, sad day when I watch WWE just to see an American footballer.

DX V Jerishow - is this the start of a new feud?

I hope not. Although DX and Legacy is most likely over now, I'd rather see a team like Legacy or Hart Dynasty beat JeriShow. After having the titles for months now, and being pushed as the most dominant tag team ever with over 40 titles between them, plus having beaten Batista and Rey, MVP and Henry... having a young team defeat them would do wonders for them. While Legacy have probably been pushed enough at this stage, Hart Dynasty beating JeriShow would be fantastic

good raw, enjoyed it, 2 very good matches (kofi/miz and dx/jerishow), the big ben/steelers/big show jericho/dx bit about half way through was well done i thought, why is it always big show that meets these sporting guys like mayweather, shaq and big ben?? even the divas match was ok

Don't see why they didn't have Miz beat Kofi at HIAC. Would have made him look a lot stronger. Although I am glad he has the title now anyway

I thought it was good enough too. Normally the night after a ppv the show is muck but it kept a fair of interest. Decent enough ring time for the mid card and ,even though i never knew who he was, the manger and the skits worked out well.

    Big improvement.

I missed the main event as I feel asleep, but I agree with the rest of that post. I assume they want to do a Miz v Morison match for Bragging Rights now.

    I did as well, but...

Well they weathered the storm pretty well, all things considered. The Monday Night Football rating that was in the 14s with the preliminary numbers early today actually finished with a 15.3 rating. That easily made it the highest rated show in cable television.

And yet, Raw's rating actually improved from last week (which means WWE owes a big thank you to the PPV and Al Sharpton). Raw did a 3.3 rating, up from last week's 3.1. The show did hours of 3.32 and 3.29.

They had the fourth and fifth highest rated hours of the night, trailing only the NFL pre-game show, the game itself and the edition of SportsCenter that followed. All thing considered, WWE management can't complain about that.

Raw was pretty good,Big Ben seemed very comfortable and the midcard guys got some time, Cena v Orton in an ironman match may be a step too far though
