    Me and a few of the lads from college are going over to Albufeira in December, I was wondering what the life would be like over there at that time of year.

    i was there in february and about 5% of the pubs/clubs were open and there was no-one in those that were open, they do have a new years party there i hear though

    try malaga instead, same distance, should be same price flight wise, plenty of nightlife options even in december

    If you are going to Albufeira, make sure it's the Old Town you are staying in and not the New Town/Montechorro/Praia d'Oura part.
