sorry, by all means move this, but i couldn't find a phone-related board.

so i want to send a free web text, but i enter the password and they tell me it's invalid. so i say, fine, forgot password, and they send me a new one. i type that in, then they say you must change password. so i do, and they tell me my new one is invalid. what's wrong with the spas?

at least you remember your security question...stupid brother of mine was trying to change his tariff at the weekend (he's an interwebz noob

Eventually asked for my help...told him to log in first :pac: and he said "I can't... don't remember my password".
Of course then he couldn't remember his answer to teh security question at which point I fcuked off home.
