Ariston Fridge Freezer on the blink

Folks, Can anybody recommend someone to come out and have a look at this? The fridge light is on and I can hear the compressor kick in occasionally but it's just not cooling or freezing. It does it the odd time then just stops. Any help is appreciated. Cheers
