    Hi,

    I have been working for a large multinational for nearly 5 years now on rolling contracts (3 x 1 year and 4 x 6 months). I just read about the Fixed-Term Work Act 2003 and wonder does it affect me. The multinational hires me through a contract company and I sign the contracts with this other company. In my job I get holidays and sick days etc. I was wondering is what these 2 companies are doing is illegal ?
