    Hi,
Does anyone know if any Masters clubs use the Markievicz pool in the city centre for training? I work in Dublin 1 and it'd be the easiest pool to use with my commute southside.

I don't think there is a masters as such, but there is a group that does be there on wednesdays/fridays from 6pm...They are a great bunch of lads/girls to swim with, the session is normally around 3k. 300 warmup,10 x 100's, 5 x IM's...etc.....

They are normally in the middle lane....

Thanks for that, tho' 3k is a bit beyond me at the moment. It takes me about 40mins to do 1.5k. I might have to find another club that takes intermediate/improvers too.

Ah no, sure just do what you can...In no time you will be doing it. Give it a try. All types of swimmers do be at the session...
