Email on iphone? 2 pop3 accounts and changed reply to address?

Prior to upgrading from a nokia e71 to an iphone i need to know if i can set up the email client to receive mail from 2 different pop3 yahoo accounts and to have replies from one of them as though it is from a different address? I.e. I forward some work mail to a yahoo account and then reply as though from the original address. Also is typing emails into an iphone a realistic proposition? Many thanks for any advice.
