'Intellectual Enterprise Zones' - CDB, FÁS, ITT initiative...?

    Hey folks,

    I'm wondering if anyone could help me with this

    I recieved a letter this morning from this 'Intellectual Enterprise Zones' thing.

    It says it's "targetted at professionals on the live register" and "aims to encourage entrepreneurship" by helping business start-ups.

    I have no idea why I recieved this letter :confused: I'm on the live register, but dunno what they mean by "professionals", as I don't have a profession -- I'm just out of college.

    Anyone know what this would involve...? Or why it was sent to me? I presume others got them too
