Garmin Map Update ... download problem!

    I have bought a map update from my garmin nuvi 370 and have made numerous attempts to download unsuccessfully. At anywhere between 30% and 80% I get a message "Fatal Error" and it stops.
    Any help would be appreciated!!

    I had the same problem on My 250W. I switched from internet explorer to firefox & it downloaded without a hitch after that.

    I am using Firefox. I am also using Garmin Download Manager, but is there another way of downloading it without using Garmin Download.

    Have you got the 3 or 4 gigs of storage space required?

    I freed up extra memory and it downloaded fine and transferred to my satnav.
