    Hiya,

I am currently on social welfare but I have been offered some work. Now its only 3 hrs a week at the moment.

If I take it I assume my social welfare will be affected. Will they reduce it dramatically? or even cancel it altogether.

I presume it depends on how much I am paid for those 3 hours rather than the amount of hours.

    Advice appreciated.

it depends if you are on JSB or JSA.

Visit your local citizen's information centre and they will go through the calculations with you to determine how it would affect you.
