Heh gang. Wasn't it great today to see "Sea the Stars" go to the Arc, after a hard season, be beaten up and still come rthrough. It made me feel proud of being Irish even though I had nothing to do with it. If it was any other sport we'd be fapping, but we expect it of ourselvels when it comes to horses. Nice to hear Amhran na bhFiann (I'm pretty sure I've spelt that wrong) being played in Paris as a salute.

Fingers crossed if Mr. Oxx decides to take him to the breeder's cup. We'll destroy anything they have to offer too.

It's great to have a superstar.

Bad though that we had to rely on BBC coverage to say how good he is.

He's some animal alright. More of a National Hunt, but the grade 1s are always great.

Its a superb achivement (the BBC showed in via the red button only I thought) and I hope Oxx doesn't decide to "cash in" by sending STS to stud.

I assume the horse will stand at stud in Europe, hopefully in the auld emerald isle.

Running him in the Breeders Cup will only advertise him to Americans who will not use him at stud. If he loses over there it will take the gloss off his record.

Time to retire him. My guess is they won't go to the Breeders Cup. Michael Kinane said he was a bit sweaty in Paris and growing his winter coat (the horse ;) ). They could spend the next few months talking about "being undecided" about a four year old campaign, while deciding on stud offers.

Most people hope he goes in the Breeders Cup. Nobody gets tired of looking at him. Also an excuse for lads to get some LA November sun!
