I would say no. One day delivery isn't at all possible when delivering over-seas, so it's just not an option at all.

What addresses are eligible for Amazon Prime?
Amazon Prime members are entitled to free One-Day delivery on all items marked as Amazon Prime eligible delivered to Mainland United Kingdom Locations and free First Class delivery on all items marked as Amazon Prime eligible delivered to all Other United Kingdom Locations (portions of Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Isles (including Shetlands, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey), Cornwall, Northumberland, PO Boxes and BFPO addresses).

They could have it if they wanted, but you would probably not avail of it. Where I work we get stuff overnighted to and from the UK all the time, costs a fortune.
