restricted firearms licence

hi all, in relation to the above title, has anyone had any trouble in getting a new licence for a straight pull .223 before this new licencing system started. Have seen a new rifle to replace my remmy 700 .223 but it will fall under the restricted list. Have 2 shotty's and 3 rifles already and never had any bother getting licences before, but the restriction business is new ground for me. Just dont want hassel. your experiences please!!!!!

but then again i dont think anyone has been issued a new license yet

ya its going to be interesting to see what happen's next month when the first of the new licences start to roll out. if they do!!!!

I'll prophise an extension until end off Jan 2010.Ol crystal ball is working pretty good today!:D
Straight pull BA ..Treat as a restricted normal rifle.With your alarm system,you are good to go.
