hi everyone, i just started a law course, it is really interesting however i am finding it difficult to make notes from the book reccommended by the lecturer for constitutional law. I came across a book for constitutional law that seems to be in line with what the lecturer is teaching, do you think it is ok to use it to make notes as i find the one she reccommended to be difficult to understand.
please help me as i am confused.
i would also appreciate any additional information on how to study law as i am really frustrated by the way things are going. Thank you very much

Sometimes lecturers have genuine reasons for choosing a particular book (more up-to-date etc.), other times it's just a personal preference of theirs. If it's truly in line with what they're saying, but I think the best thing is to ask the lecturer directly. Hope your lecturer is the approachable kind! :)
