Hi, I have been looking at different ideas for the orange sauce and a lot say to use redcurrant jelly. Should this be already made jelly or the pack of cubes you can get?

Has anyone ever made it? Any tips?

    Thanks

I'm pretty sure this is actually a jam rather than the wobbly dessert stuff!

Oh that would make better sense.

    Thanks

Yeah, they mean jelly in the American sense (ie. jam). You should find jars of it by the cranberry sauce in a supermarket.
