Wind farm - which one?

On a recent visit to Rosslare Harbour on a particularly clear day, from the top of the hill looking north a friend and I saw several wind turbines in the distance, which looked like they were off the coast. They were just about visible, but through binocs I could see them very plainly.

We were trying to work out which farm they were. He said they were the Arklow Bank ones, but I said it was too far away as that must be at least 40km. I think it's much more likely to be Ballywater and that it was just an optical illusion that they looked out at sea. Anyone knows which of us is right? There's several pints resting on this!!
