Cat Eye problem

Im using a Cat Eye triple (speed,cadence and HR) and for some reason at the end of every spin it gives a max cadence of 199. All other readings are fine including current and average speed,cadence and hr.Any ideas as to what is causing this false reading

its possible that, if your unit is wireless, that it may be picking up a mobile phone interferance causing it to give you a false reading it happens my unit form time to time

I had a similar problem yesterday, only it showed my max speed as 106 km/hr... No way Edmondstown Road is that steep and certainly not straight enough
