When's the next referendum?

First off, hearty congratulations to the Yes side on their comprehensive victory. I'm just wondering when the next referendum will be on the Lisbon Treaty? I mean it must surely be best 2 out of 3 now in the interest of fairness so would it be late 2010? What does everyone reckon?

I think this is the fifth or so time that someone's started this thread on introducing playground rules into the democratic process.

IIRC the first one is still open. Or another one in the past 20 posts odd and on the first page or so. Post in that one.
