Call Volume low on repaired iphone

Hi, We had a cracked screen repaired, but on return the received call volume is very low, to the point that it's nearly impossible to hear the other party. Hi,

We had a cracked screen repaired, but on return the received call volume is very low, to the point that it's nearly impossible to hear the other party. I played music etc. through the speakers and it plays fine, so it doesn't appear to be a "loose" connection to the speaker.

Volume settings for ringer are at max, and volume when on a call but no difference.

Is there a setting somewhere relating to this or any ideas?
