Cant help with a recipe but if you are looking to buy one I would strongly recommend Conatys on the Lower Kilmacud Road. You need to order in advance but we have used them a fair bit (Christenings, etc) and the feedback is always very positive.

If you want to try it yourself check out www.bbcgoodfood.com or www.bbc.co.uk/food which is bound to have something
