I bought a 64gb Ipod last week(my first ever ipod) went home and installed it grand on the laptop. So i then installed itunes 9.01 or something and then i was told i needed the update..So off i went and updated that. Now i cant get on to the itunes store at all.I been in contact with apple and done everything on their website, including knocking firewalls off flushing the dsh or something out but still no joy. When i try to get on to the store it loads up half when and then just stops and goes back to a blank screen.Every other website on the internet works so it couldnt be my internet.Just wondering is any one else experiencing similar problems and has any one found a solution.

I would suggest an un-install, reboot, and re-install.

Simply uninstalling iTunes does not work.

Follow the instructions for yor operating system here:

    http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/

    Choose installing and removing iTunes.

Done that mate and thats where i emailed them from..The response i got back was to uninstall it and the reinstall it.Apple are useless for their customer service. After spending nearly 400 euro on a new ipod i would not advise any one to have any dealings with them.Been on their forum too and there seems to be alot of people with the same problem.
