Is this not against monotorium rules

probably spelt wrong, but i thought there was monotorium today and yesterday, have just looked down at todays indo and theres an editorial comment on why we should yote yes, thought the rules on encouraging which way we should vote extended to the media on polling day or is it just the politicians' who are not allowed to…
