    Has anybody made contact with Ribble lately, Left message on website, got no reply , and tried 5 times to phone over last 2 days but just get engaged tone, Has anyone had success?.

    Yea , might have to do same, Though the Ribble sportive looks great. What Focus bike did U get and are you happy with it.?

    Same problem here 2 emails no response and 4 phone calls , engaged tone each time.
    Missed out on the reduced Focus cayo, will they come down again?

    Hmm...I got 2 emails when enquiring about wheelset offers. One was to tell me an order had been cancelled because I went for a financing option, which is unavailable to non UK residents.

    Maybe try ticking one of the "pay deposit now and rest before Oct 2010" options when ordering just to get communication going.

    I wouldn't bother with email, you just have to keep ringing (hitting redial over & over for half an an hour worked for me :mad:), it's a very busy company. CRC is the same as far as the phone goes.
