36"..... 6'1" tall(how low your arms hang when you take your stance is how 'tis determined) but when measured was told 34 &3/4" was correct for me
i knew i should have had an inch off as i tend to grip down a little

can't do it to scotty though.............:(

hard to change.... putting is never a problem comes and goes sometimes but generally the strongest part of my game

would cutting an inch off my 35 inch mess up the putter? would it effect balance and that... or would it be the same as a 34 factory made.

Some putters (maybe most) are weighted with reference to their length. My scotty cameron is 34" long and has 15 gram weights in the head whereas the 35" has 10 gram weights in ... so yeah it might throw the balance off but I'm not sure most of us would be able to tell!

I'm 5ft 11 and recently changed from a 35 to a 34 inch.I also changed to a shaft with an s bend. The guy in the shop said it suited my stroke better.Didn't think it would make that much of a difference but i'm putting better than ever. The shorter shaft is much more comfortabe too.

I'm 5' 9" and have a 35" putter. Even an inch shorter puts a little pressure on my lower back and makes my putts come up a little short.
