With the Catholic Church still protecting sexual predators like Bishop Raymond Lahey who was released on bail after turning himself in to Ottawa police on Thursday afternoon to face charges of possessing and importing child pornography.

Is it now time to protect our Kids and disband the Catholic Church and make it against to law to practice?

I think for the safety of our Children we should.

Hmmm good logic in that post,:rolleyes: however despite it's apparent slant, it's fairly typical of the attitude Ireland Inc. takes to any problem.

Don't under any circumstances weed out the perpretators and wrong doers and punish them, ah no, much too difficult.

Ban everything.

Problems with underage drinking, close the offies early at ten and penalise everyone.!!

Problems in the Midlands with travellers, spend thousands of taxpayers money and a handful arrested!!

If a tree has a rotten branch the answer is to excise the branch, not the whole tree.

I agree, i think we'd be better off without the Catholic church.
From the very top tier they're hypocrites.

God welcomes everyone in his church, love thy neighbour.............unless they're gay.
Trying to cut the compensation paid out to victims of their abuse.

Hiding abusers.

Their whole attitude to condoms which worsens the problem of aids in Africa.
