    Mine

I dunno. FlickerX's Masi is pretty tasty too. And Niceonetom's Capo, before he threw acid in its face.

perfect for my 3 mile commute (i'd need a ultra lighweight bike for the way home as its all uphill)
and to pay a man to swap them round overnight

On pure cycling terms, I'd still prefer to ride a geared, drop bar, road bike around town. If my road bike were theft and vandal proof, as easy to clean and maintain as a fixed gear, and not require special shoes I'd ride it everywhere.

Yes carrying a pair of shoes is a pain in the ass, but I find it hard to leave clipless now.

    Drop bar singlespeed for me!

Cycling around on a bike with regular shoes on....makes me feel naked.

    Drop bar fixed gear.

Low maintenance, not as worried about it being stolen, and most of the advantages of my road bike.

regular shoes make you look like a regular cyclist, this tends to make you an 'easy target' for cyclists who chase down commuters... next time your out in civilian shoes look for opportunities to upstage such smug vultures by kicking into competitive mode and letting your true thoroughbred shine through:D
