Anyone got experience with Amazon?

I have used it for the first time to buy a book.

I am waiting just under a month at this stage for it and still not received it.
I contacted seller saying this and got the usual bs of how sometimes they take longer etc etc etc...

Now I have logged on to try open a dispute of some kind and it's saying I have no recently purchased items.

Like wtf? I bought it and have correspondence via email wich proves this.

I can safely say so far I hate Amazon, Ebay is fantastic, even though they do email you bs and try not honour their paypal guarantee...

Anyone able to tell me where to go from here with Amazon?

I dunno, i've dealt with em about 8 times this year and they were grand. Maybe the consumer issues forum could help you?

You seem to have bought it from a selelr on amazon rather than directly from them. If you can't find anywhere to leave an evaluation for the transaction, contact Amazon and tell them. I got a full refund for somethign that was delivered damaged, bought from a seller, no questions asked from Amazon.

    Wrong forum tbh.

It sounds like you have purchased through a seller on the Amazon site rather than buying from Amazon themselves.

I buy a silly amount of stuf through Amazon and have never had any bad experiences.

I presume you were on the amazon.co.uk site, if so their customer service number is +44 (0) 207 084 7911
