    i want to book flights from DUB->SFO (direct)
    on the dates i want to travel it comes to over 1000 euro
    however to go on the same flights and connect to LAX after arriving in sfo (which i dont want to do) its over 200 euro cheaper

    so my question: can i buy the DUB-LAX via SFO flights from aer lingus and not use the LAX connecting flights? would it cause any problems for me at immigration or anything?
