I have tried 3 numbers listed for Outhouse, one on MediaLive and two on their website (only one worked) and emailed them last Friday. No word as of yet. Are they still in business?

Look up some advertising agencies such as Mindshare. They are huge multinational agency that would no doubt have some contacts if none themselves.
