I've an idea

I have a business notion that I wish to develop but am a unsure where to start.
I’ve an idea that I believe to be unique (having searched some of the patented sites I’ve found nothing close).
Developing the product would need some specialized craft – and I’m struggling to find. I’d need someone who is involved in fabrics (sport bag type) and might be able to put the design together – and perhaps manufacture it. All my online research leads me to China!!
Once I have a prototype I would let people use it and see what they thought and if it made their lives easier. I guess a business plan would be next. I have a marketing background so that bit I’d be fine with.

This is roughly the way I’d see it roll out. Am I mad?

you'll never know if you don't try.
try the prototype and analyse the feedback.

Prepare a business plan and run it by a friend or accountant or someone in business
