Video capture software recommendations?

I'm looking for recommendations for screen capture software. Basically I've been asked a number of times to provide video training for a client's employees. In the past this has been done remotely using Webinar software with some success, however the last session dragged in places because one of the attendees got distracted and a whole hour of everbody's time was wasted because we had to repeat a whole section. To avoid such a fiasco in future I'm looking at creating a set of video tutorials for the client.

I've come across these and was wondering if anyone could recommend one above the others or is there some other software I should use?

    iShowU
    Screenium
    Snapz Pro X

The video capture will most likely be performed on a 17" MBP, 2.33GHz, 2GB RAM - just in case the hardware is likely to be a limiting factor. The screen capture will be of a 1024x768 Windows session.

Well, QuickTime X in Snow Leopard also does screen casts now as well - I assume the Windows session is running as a VM on the Mac right?

Yeah the Windows session will be a VMware Fusion window. The MBP doesn't have Snow Leopard unfortunately.

Bummer - haven't used any of the others I'm afraid. Though the only one that vaguely rings a bell is Snapz Pro X, can't say I've even heard of the others.
