Just thought I'd stick this up here.

Theres a few of us going for a rolling road/dyno day mid November up north.

We should have a few spaces left if anyone wants in.

It will take place on a Sat morning.

So if anyone's interested then add your name here and I'll pm you info and you can then get back to me to confirm whether you can actually make it.

Places will offered to regular boards motors posters only as its a small private rolling road day and we dont want anyone that is gonna be messing or letting us down.

A price might have been helpful too

For a dyno run its £35 or €45

If anyone wants to come along for the laugh and not have a run on the dyno feel free to put your name down as well.

To generate interest I'll list whats on the list as going so far.

Red UKDM Integra Type R DC2
White UKDM Integra Type R DC2
    Mazda 3 MPS
    Integra Type R DC5
    Ek4 Sir Civic
    Subaru Legacy B4 RSK
    Ford Fiesta 1.25

*Not all are going on the rollers (But the fiesta is :D)

The SIR has already been rolled and he hasn't done anything with it since so he didn't seem too interested when I was asking him last night.

The B4 is having its engine rebuilt at the minute so it wont be run in on time for it to be dyno'd

The DC5 is a maybe at the minute, I haven't really been talking to him about it.

If we dont fill up the spaces here I'll get some cars from DTD to go

I dont have a scanner but I own the red Teg and got 182.8 bhp at the fly, 164 bhp at the wheels and 116 lbft.

Not bad seeing as there 187 bhp standard and she's ten years old with 115k miles and no modifications except a drop in filter

I touched it up in the first picture but forgot to in the the one on the rollers.

The Evo made 360bhp but even that was down a bit on power because of the actuator, amazing car

+1 on that. The sound off that was something else...even though the TVR's that rolled up as we were leaving would have been nice too:D

When i went back to get my cousin in the dc5 there was 6 or 7 tvr's there and another one pulling in as I was going out.

They were there for a remapping day

Those fellas in AI must have been there till all hours.

About the bumper, I assumed you just couldn't see that side at the angle! First time owning a low car, first week I scraped it on a kerb...haven't gotten round to touching it up!

My car was not running properly. (it was in "safe" mode as the air/fuel ratio sensor wasnt working) and I got an very dissappointing figure of 204 bhp :(

Anyway the parts are arriving on Wednesday and getting them fitted on Thursday. So going to get a rolling road dyno test done in Dublin (Tallaght) on Saturday. Anybody who would be interested in putting their car on the rollers this saturday, give me a PM and hopefully we can get a discount!

That's a big enough scrape to touch up yourself. There's a good few guides out there on how to do it properly. It'll require some wet'n'dry and a machine polish anyway if it's to match up.

What kinda power did your teg put out?

She put down 176.8 I think...176. something anyway.

The fella that done the run said the Exhaust Bung is losing me serious power so I'm gonna get it done again after I get that out, she's in need of a service too!

ROR, cheers for the heads up on Sat!

Were the Fuzz still there when you guys were on the way back? They were at the bottom of a hill and if you didn't know they were there most folk might have strayed over the limit by the time they got to the crest of the hill. As soon as you appeared over it you'd be done for.

Can imagine they'd have great fun pulling in all the ROI reg'd Teg's, the ST and the Evo (and of course EPM's Leon).

No they werent there when I came back, The road was wet and the sun was low while heading sounth at half 12, the gleam from the road was so bright that it took my eyes over a second to adjust to see my speedo! (not that I would ever stray over the limit on an empty southbound A1!)
