What monitor are you using? Did you disconnect the USB cable going from your Mac to the monitor in order to connect the printer or possibly knock it out of place accidentally?

Its an LCD 19 inch screen (mac pro) and nope the keyboard and mouse were connected to screen when i connected printer to the tower, when i went to type someyhing nothing happened thats when i noticed they were not working anymore? :(

I've seen cases where a high power drain device plugged in can overload the specific USB port, causing other ports on the same hub to not work. That should never happen with a printer though, as it'll have its' own power supply anyway and has no real power drain from the USB port.

So, if you unplug the cable that goes from the Mac Pro to your monitor and plug the mouse into that same port directly, does it work? Just to confirm the port itself is still working correctly.

Yep, problems like that do end up sorting themselves out that way :). Good to hear you got it sorted.
