small bar in trouble??

i work in a bar which is struggling. although there is an income coming in nightly the VAT and rent and wages are sucking all money from business. the boss is a bully and even though has told us not to worry wages are late and chqs are bouncing. shhuld i quit now?

Well it depends on a few things,how long have you worked there? can you afford to hang on until it (perhaps) closes? You'd be entitled to statutory redundancy if there for more than 2 years
