Fell on back of my head

Hi just wondering I fell on the back of my head 2 nights ago from about 2 and half feet and on kitchen tiles and ive been feeling dizzy nausious and like sort of cross eyed(i know it sounds weird) like i cant see properly. These symptoms have been on and off. But im just wondering will it go away is this normal after…
